Categories: Journal

Abstract - This article is designed to establish a foundation for the future academic and practical discussion of music and artificial intelligence. The paper focuses on three areas of consideration: AI generated original music and/or vocal; AI generated music and/or vocal without artist involvement; and Al generated music and/or vocal with artist involvement. It identifies key practical, legal and ethical viewpoints surrounding the evaluation of music and machines. It suggests possible discussion points and research possibilities.
